NATURAL SILENCE

Silence is not the absence of sound
Silence is the natural spaciousness
out of which sound arises

To enjoy Silence
Do not try to eliminate sound
Do not try to stop the mind

Simply return to the Silence
Silence holds sound
Silence holds all things

Be still within
as you move without
among all that moves
inside you... outside you

Then, you are not
in opposition to either
what is within or without

This is the
Grace of Natural Silence
